Termination of Parental Rights
Because no evidence of unfitness was presented in proceeding for termination of parental rights, court erred in finding Respondent father in default. Thus, order finding father to be an unfit person and terminating his parental rights is vacated, and cause is remanded for evidentiary hearing on issue of unfitness and, if father is found unfit, on best interests of his minor children.
