(Court opinion corrected 2/28/13.) Defendant was properly found unfit to stand trial on charges of home invasion and aggravated unlawful restraint due to brain damage from self-inflicted gunshot wound during home invasion when he threatened to shoot his estranged wife and her daughter. Defendant was unable to recall anything in 48 hours prior to events, and was unlikely ever to recover his memory; and no indication that insanity defense would be appropriate or that Defendant could provide his attorney with any information to help present a defense.
