Delivery of a Controlled Substance
Defendant was convicted, after jury trial, of unlawful deliveries and unlawful possession of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a church. State presented insufficient evidence, from someone with personal knowledge, that nearby church building was operating a "church" on dates of offenses per meaning of criminal statute.
