Closing Argument
Defendant was convicted, after jury trial, of first-degree murder of his mother-in-law. His wife's testimony that she was to profit from life insurance policy invited comment by prosecutor that Defendant had financial motive to kill his mother-in-law, and allowing comment was not error. Ambiguities in lab witness' testimony did not render evidence so unsatisfactory or unreasonable so as to create reasonable doubt of Defendant's guilt. (QUINN and SIMON, concurring.)
