In parentage case, court properly denied petition for contribution to attorney's fees on basis that no evidence was presented as to one party's current financial circumstances, as before ordering one party to pay, there must be evidence showing that party who incurred fees is unable to pay. Under Section 503(j), a court must consider factors in Section 503(d) in considering petition for contribution to attorney's fees. A former attorney does not have a right to collect fees and costs for actions taken after he has withdrawn and petition for final fees and costs has been decided.(HUTCHINSON and ZENOFF, concurring.)
