Inmate filed petition for writ of mandamus alleging incorrect calculation of his prison release date. Court properly granted summary judgment for defendants, as DOC complied with statutory provisions of Unified Code of Corrections in calculating projected release dates under both his convictions, and after applying good-conduct credit to concurrent sentences, then determined that conviction for aggravated arson represented determinate sentence or maximum term.
