Section 5-4.1-100(c) of Unified Code of Corrections allows for sentencing credit for custody on a former charge, but does not allow for credit for time spent in custody on a subsequent charge that is dismissed.Defendant cannot receive credit for two days he spent in custody on charges that preceded the charge in issue, and cannot receive credit for two days spend in custody on cases where conduct in those cases did not occur before his arrest in this case.
