Release
Court properly dismissed Plaintiff's complaint for conversion, which Plaintiff filed against Defendants based on their actions after death of defendants' mother, for whom Plaintiff had been a caregiver. Claims asserted in this state court suit were encompassed by release executed in federal suit. Conversion claim alleged in state suit could have been raised in federal suit and were related to claims in federal suit. Both parties were aware of existence of claims alleged at time release was executed.(REYES and LAMPKIN, concurring.)
