Court properly dismissed postconviction petition, seeking relief from convictions of attempted first-degree murder, armed violence, armed robbery, and being an armed habitual criminal. Defendant submitted unnotarized declaration alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. Appointed counsel did not amend Defendant's pro se petition.
