Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Injunctions
Court properly entered order holding Defendants in indirect civil contempt for violating injunctive order, as to hours when quarrying activities could be conducted, entered in favor of County. Injunctive order was entered after notice and a hearing. Court referenced, in memorandum of decision, "oral rulings" that it made at hearing on County's motion for injunctive relief, which suggests that memorandum was a supplement to, rather than a restatement of, those rulings.(ZENOFF and SCHOSTOK, concurring.)
