Court granted summary judgment on Plaintiff’s whistleblower claim. The Accident Injury Report Plaintiff was instructed to complete gave explanation of root cause of injury, and was not a fraudulent report. Plaintiff failed to show that Defendant instructed Plaintiff to engage in unlawful behavior or interfered with co-worker’s rights under Workers’ Compensation Act.
