Jury verdict for Defendants lawyer and law firm in legal malpractice action alleging negligent drafting of licensing agreement with Plaintiff's long-term licensee, causing a significant loss in revenue. Jury could have found that Defendant lawyer acted as a reasonably careful lawyer. Jury could have found lawyer negligent but that his negligence did not proximately cause Plaintiff's damages.Court did not abuse its discretion in barring evidence of offers of compromise, including offer of free representation.
