Ineffective Assistance of Counsel
Defendant was convicted, after bench trial, of criminal sexual assault based on a position of trust, supervision or authority. No ineffective assistance of counsel, as Defendant failed to show prejudice resulted from defense counsel's strategic decision to wait until mid-trial to file motion to dismiss based on deficient information.
