Stalking No Contact Order
Court entered plenary stalking no contact order against Defendant. Court properly denied Defendant's motion to vacate judgment on grounds of unclean-hands doctrine. The unclean-hands doctrine does not apply to the Stalking No Contact Order Act. The Act protects all stalking victims, not just "innocent" victims. Even if unclean-hands doctrine applied here, record shows that court considered that doctrine and rejected it. (HARRIS and DeARMOND, concurring.)
