Court entered 2nd-stage dismissal of postconviction petition in connection with Defendants conviction of 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Defendant made a substantial showing of ineffective assistance of counsel when he asserted that counsel failed to move to reconsider his sentence to preserve his right to appeal and failed to provide evidence in mitigation at sentencing.
