Plaintiff filed class-action complaint challenging a permanent road tax assessed on properties in township, alleging violation of Property Tax Extension Limitation Law, as levy was not submitted for approval of voters at general election. Court properly dismissed complaint, as Plaintiff's exclusive remedy is through tax-objection procedures in Article 23 of Property Tax Code. (HUTCHINSON and SPENCE, concurring.)
