Court dismissed legal malpractice complaint on basis of statute of limitations. Court should have allowed Bank leave to file its proposed amended complaint, which clearly pleaded all elements of equitable estoppel, which would apply to bar Defendants from asserting statute of limitations defense, and cured defects in the original complaint.
