Passengers in a limousine were en route from their home in Wisconsin to O'Hare Airport when limousine crashed into a construction site in Kane County. One passenger was killed, one became a paraplegic, andfour others were injured.  Court was within its discretion by denying forum non conveniens motion to transfer cases from Cook County to Kane County. Two Defendants appealing both have their principal offices in Cook County. Most Defendants conduct business in Cook County, and 20 medical providers are located there. Given constantly changing statistics as to time of resolution of cases in Cook and Kane County renders this factor irrelevant as to those two counties at present. (McBRIDE and BURKE, concurring.)
