Weapons
Defendant was convicted of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. There was insufficient corroborating evidence to show that Defendant constructively possessed the ammunition recovered from a dresser drawer. The only connection was that he was sleeping in the apartment where the bullets were found, but that was insufficient to tend to show that he had knowledge or immediate and exclusive control over them under these circumstances. There was evidence that Defendant lived elsewhere. Evidence was insufficient to sustain Defendant's conviction. (CONNORS and HARRIS, concurring.)
