Forum Non Conveniens
In medical malpractice action, court properly denied Defendants' motions to transfer based on forum non conveniens. Plaintiff resides in, and some of the alleged malpractice occurred in, Clinton County, but medical treatment and witnesses are scattered among various Illinois counties and St. Louis, MO. Private interest and public interest factors, as a whole, do not strongly favor Clinton County over St. Clair County. (OVERSTREET and BOIE, concurring.)
