Plaintiffs rented a coach house, and moved out of the property prior to expiration of the lease and terminated their gas service. A water supply pipe in an unheated portion of the property froze and burst, causing damage. Plaintiffs filed complaint alleging violations of ordinance as to security deposits. Court properly awarded damages and attorney fees to landlord, on its counterclaim, for Plaintiffs' breach of the ordinance and the lease, and properly denied award to Plaintiffs for landlord's entry into the premises without advance notice.
