Administrative Review
Illinois Gaming Board properly denied Plaintiff's application for renewal of her video gaming license based on Plaintiff's lack of a valid liquor license and outstanding tax obligations to State of Illinois. There is no evidence in the record that, at the time that Plaintiff filed her application for renewal of her license, either finding was inaccurate. Board properly denied Plaintiff's request for a hearing on her renewal application, as Plaintiff admitted that she failed to pay her tax obligtations promptly and did not mention the liquor license issue. (DELORT and ROCHFORD, concurring.)
