Sexually Dangerous Persons
Defendant was declared a sexually dangerous person and committed to the custody of Director of Corrections. Twelves years later, he filed a pro se petition for judicial review of DOC's treatment , care, and conditions. Court properly dismissed petition for failure to exhaust administrative remedies, as Defendant did not allege that he had complied with Department's grievance procedures.
