Plaintiff Neighborhood Association filed action against Defendants to establish that it has standing to pursue a property tax appeal on behalf of individual homeowners. Property tax appeals are germane to Plaintiff's purposes. A multi-parcel appeal by Plaintiff will likely be more efficient and economical than a multitude of separate appeals brought by individual property owners. Recognizing that Plaintiff has standing to bring tax appeals will promote interests of judicial economy. Plaintiff had standing to file July 2017 tax appeal on behalf of individual property owners.(JORGENSEN and BRENNAN, concurring.)
