Graham v. Pekin Fire Department

Consolidated appeals involving state employees who sought a temporary restraining order that would bar the state from enforcing a workforce policy requiring all employees to either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or to undergo regular COVID-19 testing. The court denied the petitions and the employees appealed. The appellate court affirmed, finding no abuse of discretion because the employees failed to establish a likelihood of success on the merits of their claims under either the Conscience Act or the Health Act.
