Plaintiff appealed the trial court entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant and third-party defendant in a case arising out of personal injuries. The appellate court affirmed, finding that there was no genuine issue of material fact because plaintiff failed to meet her burden regarding proximate cause where she could not point to any defective condition that caused her to fall and that this condition was caused by the defendants.
