Respondent appealed from an order of the trial court granting petitioner’s motion to escrow the proceeds from the sale of real estate that was awarded to respondent in the dissolution judgment. Respondent argued that the trial court erred when it issued a prejudgment attachment on respondent’s property and by failing to conduct an evidentiary hearing and to make findings he argued were necessary to sustain a request for injunctive relief. The appellate court affirmed, finding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it granted the motion to escrow the proceeds of the real estate sale. (MIKVA and TAILOR, concurring)
