Defendant appealed from a denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The appellate court vacated the trial court’s order denying the defendant’s motion and ordered the court to dismiss defendant’s motion for lack of jurisdiction because his pro se motion was filed more than 30 days after the court entered judgment on his conviction.
