Respondent appealed from a trial court order finding that she was unfit and terminating her parental rights due to her ongoing use of marijuana and failure to submit to mandatory random drug tests. The appellate court affirmed, finding that there was no basis in the record to find that the determination respondent was an unfit parent was in error and that the record established that the termination of respondent’s parental rights was the appropriate outcome.
