Illinois Appellate Court
Criminal Court
Juvenile Delinquency
Respondent was adjudicated delinquent for vehicular hijacking and aggravated battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 30 days of supervision. She appealed, arguing that the evidence was insufficient because the victim’s identification was unreliable. She also argued that the trial court did not properly credit her for time spent in custody. The appellate court affirmed, but amended the mittimus to reflect the proper time credit.
