Village of Niles appealed from a circuit court judgment confirming the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission’s award of partial disability benefits of the claimant. The appellate court reversed the judgment of the circuit court, reversed the Commission’s PPD award, and remanded with directions on how to properly calculate the amount of compensation that the claimant was entitled to.
