Respondent petitioned the appellate court pursuant to SCR 306(a)(4) for leave to appeal from a circuit court order denying her request to transfer post-dissolution proceedings from Will County to Grundy County. The appellate court dismissed the appeal, finding that even if the order appealed from was of the type of order appealable under Rule 306(a)(4), petitioner’s petition for leave to appeal was not filed within the 30-day filing deadline and that a motion to reconsider filed by the petitioner did not toll that deadline.
