People v. Mansoori

Defendant appealed from an order of the trial court ordering his continued detention prior to trial. The appellate court reversed and remanded, finding that the trial court failed to make the appropriate findings under the statute, including whether defendant’s continued detention was necessary under section 110-6.1(i-5) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
