In re Estate of Sippel

In a matter arising out of a dispute over a bank trustee’s management of a decedent’s trust, petitioner’s appealed from the denial of their petition to remove the respondent bank from its trusteeship over the trust of a decedent. The appellate court affirmed, finding that the denial of the petition to remove was not an abuse of discretion, and remanded for the computation and entry of a money judgment against the bank.
