People v. Rios

Defendant appealed from a circuit court order revoking his pretrial release in an armed robbery case and an order denying pretrial release in an escape case. On appeal, defendant argued that his escape charge could not form a valid basis to revoke his pretrial release in the armed robbery case and the circuit court should not have denied him pretrial release in the escape case based on willful flight.
