Plaintiff filed an action for eviction and the circuit court entered a judgment of eviction plus damages. Defendant appealed from the eviction order as well as from the denial of her motion for rule to show cause and motion for clarification. The appellate court dismissed the appeal on the eviction judgment and motion for clarification by finding that the notice of appeal was not timely and affirmed the denial of defendant’s motion for rule to show cause.
