Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Illinois Commerce Commission
Petitioner sought review of the Illinois Commerce Commission’s decisions in three consolidated commission appeals. Petitioner argued that the commission erred when it entered an order that reduced plaintiff’s proposed budget for sub-transmission line hardening program and that rejected plaintiff’s request to include post-employment benefit assets in its rate base and in setting plaintiff’s rate on equity. The appellate court affirmed, finding that the commission did not err in its judgments or calculations. (BARBERIS and BOIE, concurring)
