Statute provides for handling charge not to exceed $20, adjusted for inflation, and additional per-page charges for medical record requests. It is reasonable per se for record service to charge full amount of $20 process fee, even if lesser charge is all that is reasonable. Said fee is uniform, avoids need for copy service to make assessment of proper charge for each copy request, and was amount expressly agreed upon by legislature after lengthy negotiations.
