Wrongful Death
Where a plaintiff seeks damages for wrongful death based on Decedent's suicide allegedly brought about through intentional infliction of emotional distress, Plaintiff must do more than plead facts which, if proven, would establish that Defendant's conduct was a cause in fact of suicide, and must plead facts which show that suicide was foreseeable, and a likely result of Defendant's conduct. (GARMAN, FREEMAN, THOMAS, KILBRIDE, KARMEIER, and BURKE, concurring.)
