Circuit court's order granting father's petition to relocate out of state with the parties' minor children was not against manifest weight of the evidence. Court's numerous findings and application of 11 statutory factors were supported by evidence in the the record, and court's conclusion that relocation would be in the children's best interest is a reasonable conclusion.(KARMEIER, KILBRIDE, GARMAN, BURKE, THEIS, and NEVILLE, concurring.)
