You may ask questions during the presentation and connect with fellow attendees through the “chat” feature, accessible on your zoom menu toolbar. The speakers will respond as time permits.
Transcription
Live transcription and closed captioning have been enabled. You may view them by selecting the “cc” icon on the zoom menu bar.
Program Materials
Please note that you can access all course materials in a variety of ways:
- Through the link posted in the chat box, or
- Through the link in your pre-program course materials email which was sent from “CLE Course Registrations,” or
- By logging into your “My CLE Account” on the ISBA’s website under the “CLE & Events” dropdown menu:
- Click on the “My Live Events” tab and then find the program name and select “view this event.”
- Access materials under the RESOURCES tab.
MCLE Credit and Recordings
Upon completion of the evaluation you may access your MCLE certificate. Please certify completion within 24 hours of a webcast program. MCLE credit is available to registrants only on the day of the live event – and you must attend the entire program to earn MCLE credit. All registrants will receive access to a recording of the event after the program, but credit is NOT available for the recording.
Obtaining Your Certificate of Completion
Please note, you must first complete the program evaluation to access your MCLE certificate. You may access the evaluation at the end of the program in a variety of ways:
- Through the evaluation link provided in the chat box, or
- Through the evaluation link which will be emailed to you after the program, or
- By logging into ISBA’s website anytime:
- From the “CLE & Events” dropdown menu, click on “My CLE Account”
- Click on the “My Live Events” tab and look for the program you wish to evaluate under “Upcoming Live Events” OR “Past Live Events”
- Click on the “View this Event” button and follow the prompts to the evaluation
NOTE: If the PMCLE credit has been approved, your Certificate of Completion will be available immediately upon completing the program evaluation. In the event that PMCLE credit has not yet been approved, you will receive an email informing you that we have received approval and that your Certificate of Completion is in your “My CLE Account.”
MCLE Board Transcripts
The ISBA is mandated to file monthly attendance reports with the MCLE Board. Only those attendees who have completed the certification process, which is completing the evaluation and accessing your MCLE Certificate, will be included in this report. (Please Note: The ISBA reports individual attorney attendance to the MCLE Board by the 15th of the month subsequent to the date of completion of the MCLE program (for example, June credit will be reported by July 15). So there may be up to six weeks between your completion of the program and the credit being listed on your MCLE Board transcript.)
You may access and check your official MCLE credit transcript anytime on the MCLE Board attorney portal. This online transcript is your CLE report for your two-year reporting period and determines your compliance with the June 30 completion deadline.
This transcript must reflect your compliance by JULY 31 of your reporting year, to avoid a late fee. When your transcript reflects compliance the MCLE Board automatically enters a report of compliance and the board will notify you of such compliance
