A growing shortage of attorneys in rural Illinois is raising concerns among legal professionals, as many residents struggle to access necessary legal representation. The Illinois State Bar Association is addressing this issue with the Rural Practice Fellowship Program, which offers incentives to associate attorneys and law students to work in small-town law firms.
