An employee who works at the McLean County Jail is facing felony charges for allegedly possessing child sexual abuse material. McLean County Sheriff Matt Lane said Trent W. Arbuckle, 56, of Hudson is on administrative leave, and the sheriff’s office will seek Arbuckle’s termination of his current civilian job as a control operator.

A lawsuit filed in Champaign County accusing a local clinic of medical negligence has reportedly been settled. Previously, WCIA had reported the lawsuit was filed by a Jane Doe from Indiana, and listed both Equity Clinic and it’s founder — Dr. Keith Reisinger-Kindle — as defendants. The lawsuit alleged that Reisinger-Kindle perforated Doe’s uterus during an abortion procedure and left half of the aborted fetus inside Doe.
