Legislation requiring all local Illinois law enforcement agencies to participate in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ (ATF) eTrace platform that allows law enforcement to submit firearm tracing information for crime guns to the ATF National Tracing Center is heading to Gov. J.B. Pritker’s desk for approval.
