We now know which EMS worker will go to trial first. The Sangamon County State’s Attorney picked Peter Cadigan to go first in the death of Earl Moore Junior. Cadigan and Peggy Finley are charged with first-degree murder. They're accused of strapping Moore face down on a gurney.
