A federal judge has granted preliminary approval to settlement agreements between direct purchaser plaintiffs and four poultry companies — House of Raeford Farms, Prestage Farms, Foster Farms and Perdue Farms — in a long-running antitrust case alleging price-fixing in the turkey industry.
