Union County state’s attorney sues to block cuts at Choate Mental Health Center

Union County State's Attorney Tyler Tripp has filed a lawsuit seeking to prevent the Illinois Department of Human Services from closing portions of the Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in Anna.
