Judge allows blind man’s lawsuit to continue against Grayslake dealership accused of ‘bait and switch’ during new car purchase

A blind North Chicago man can keep suing a Grayslake car dealership in court over claims it charged him more than $10,000 above its advertised price and an 11% interest rate after a judge refused to send the case to arbitration.
