‘Thought he was above the law’: Jury convicts ex-Park City police officer who threatened woman, sexually abused her on-duty

A jury convicted a former Park City police officer Wednesday of sexually abusing a woman he pulled over twice, threatening her with criminal charges, prosecutors said, adding that he “thought he was above the law.”
