Defendant was found guilty of one count of offering to bribe a public official, three counts under the Travel Act, and one count of making a false statement to the government and was sentenced to 32 months in prison. On appeal, defendant raised challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence, the jury instructions, the court’s admission of evidence under FRE 404(b), and his sentencing.
